Yeah Called ItGive it a try

Buzzer-Beaters, Blowouts, and a Few Red Faces

From Raptors demolitions to overtime nail-biters, the sporting world served up plenty of chaos this week — and the Called It crowd got some spot on while others left us scratching our heads.

NBA

Toronto's 148-98 dismantling of the Knicks had the community calling it correctly, while the Pelicans snuck past Washington 107-106 despite most folks saying no chance. Orlando looked unstoppable with back-to-back blowouts over Miami and Cleveland, though the crowd only caught one of those coming.

NFL

Green Bay quietly handled Dallas 23-13 while most called for a Cowboys cover of the result — nope, Packers took it clean. Cleveland's gritty 13-10 squeaker over Baltimore, though, had the community nailing the call.

MLB

The Rays and Guardians traded punches all series long, flipping the script four times in four games, and the community's calls bounced right along with them. Milwaukee's statement series win over the Dodgers kept the majority mostly on the right side of history.

NHL

New Jersey's 7-1 demolition of the Rangers had backers feeling smug, and Utah Mammoth's gritty 5-4 win over Toronto proved the crowd's faith wasn't misplaced. Fewer were brave enough to back the Islanders' statement 4-1 win over the Leafs, but those who did are celebrating.

English League Championship

Cardiff's 5-1 thumping of Watford left most calling it wrong, while West Brom's gutsy 3-2 win over Blackburn had the majority cheering correctly. Wrexham's wobble against West Brom followed by a statement win over Preston kept everyone guessing all week.

English Premier League

Coventry's shock 4-1 thrashing of Newcastle left most of the crowd stunned and wrong, but Brentford's brave upset of Liverpool was backed by the majority and delivered in style. Forest fans had no illusions about Arsenal's visit, and the community called that one spot on.
