Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use the Called It app or this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Yeah Called It (“Called It”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

What Called It is

Called It lets you swipe predictions on real sports fixtures, compete in leagues and huddles with people you know, and build a reputation based on how often you’re right. Points and rankings have no cash value and can’t be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for money or prizes. Called It is not gambling, betting, or a game of chance for money — there is no real-money staking, and nothing you do in the app puts real money at risk.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Called It. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. By using Called It, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for anything that happens through your account. One account per person — don’t create accounts on behalf of others or impersonate anyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of the predictions, comments, and other content you post. By posting it, you give us a licence to display, distribute, and use it to operate and promote the Service — for example, showing your calls to your league or huddle, or featuring a recap on this website. You’re responsible for what you post.

Acceptable use

When using Called It, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Cheat, manipulate scores, or use bots or automation to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Post anything illegal, defamatory, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

We can remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, at our discretion.

Sports data

Fixtures, results, and related data are sourced from third-party providers for convenience. We don’t guarantee this data is complete, accurate, or up to date, and Called It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sports league, club, or governing body referenced in the app.

Intellectual property

The Called It name, logo, and app design belong to us. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our branding or intellectual property beyond what’s needed to use the Service normally.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Called It isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using Called It and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
